How long does it take for my parts to be delivered?

Most AutoFetch™ deliveries arrive within 60–90 minutes, depending on supplier location and order size.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

No minimums — we deliver urgent single-part orders as well as large multi-item runs.

How do I request a return pickup?

If a part is incorrect or needs to be sent back, simply open the order in your shop management system and click Request Return Pickup. A driver will be dispatched to collect the item and return it to the supplier within the agreed time window.

What if my shop is closed when the delivery arrives?

Drivers will follow your pre-set delivery instructions or reschedule at the earliest possible time.
