Violation of these terms may result in restricted access or account termination.
AutoFetch™ is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information:

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
At AutoFetch™, we take compliance and data protection seriously. Our commitment to safeguarding information applies equally to dealerships, Fetchers, repair shops, and customers. This section outlines how AutoFetch™ manages, secures, and protects data in alignment with applicable laws and industry best practices.
AutoFetch™ collects only the data necessary to operate and improve our services. This includes dealership account information, Fetcher driver verification details, delivery history, billing records, and communication logs. All data is used exclusively for service delivery, compliance with legal obligations, and platform improvements. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties.
Dealerships provide business and billing information to enable order fulfillment, invoicing, and reporting. Fetchers provide identity, insurance, and vehicle details, which are verified through third-party providers such as ID.me and Checkr. This verification ensures compliance with industry safety standards while protecting the integrity of our delivery network.
AutoFetch™ employs industry-standard security protocols, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous system monitoring. Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all users are expected to follow security best practices when accessing the platform.
We comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European users, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents, and other relevant U.S. state and federal regulations. AutoFetch™ also adheres to PCI DSS standards for handling payment data and maintains audit-ready practices to demonstrate compliance.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Dealership and driver data may be retained for accounting and regulatory purposes. Upon termination of an account, AutoFetch™ will delete or anonymize personal data within legally required timelines, unless retention is necessary for compliance.
To ensure accountability, delivery and return transactions are logged with GPS data, time stamps, and proof-of-delivery confirmations (photo and signature). These records are stored securely and are available for auditing in case of disputes.
To reduce risks of theft, fraud, or misappropriation, AutoFetch™ strongly prefers that dealerships operate under monthly charge accounts instead of cash transactions. This ensures both financial and operational security for all parties involved.
All users of AutoFetch™, including dealerships and Fetchers, are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, complying with local laws, and ensuring that their use of the platform aligns with these Terms. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or tampering with data security protocols may result in suspension or termination of services.
AutoFetch™ reserves the right to update this Compliance & Data Protection policy as laws evolve and security practices advance. Any significant changes will be communicated through the Help Center and, where required, by direct notice.
By using AutoFetch™, you acknowledge and agree to our ongoing commitment to compliance, transparency, and data protection.
