Fetcher Safety & Security

At AutoFetch™, the safety and security of Fetchers is a top priority. We are committed to providing a reliable platform that allows drivers to earn income while minimizing risk. This section outlines our safety standards, policies, and security practices for Fetchers delivering through AutoFetch™.

1. Driver Verification

All Fetchers are required to complete ID.me verification, background checks, and insurance verification before being approved to accept deliveries. This ensures that only qualified, verified individuals operate within the AutoFetch™ network. Vehicles used for deliveries must meet safety standards as required by local law.

2. Delivery Transparency

AutoFetch™ provides upfront details for every delivery request, including pickup location, drop-off address, and guaranteed pay. Fetchers are never required to accept a delivery without full visibility into the assignment. This transparency reduces risk and ensures drivers are able to make informed decisions about the work they accept.

3. Contactless & Secure Deliveries

Whenever possible, Fetchers are encouraged to complete deliveries using photo and signature confirmation without extended contact. Core returns and parts deliveries are logged digitally, creating a verifiable record that protects both Fetchers and dealerships in case of disputes.

4. Payment Security

Fetchers are paid directly through AutoFetch™’s secure payment processing system. Drivers never handle dealership cash directly, reducing risks of theft or mismanagement. Payments are issued on a regular schedule (weekly by default), with the option of instant transfers for a small processing fee.

5. Real-Time Tracking & Support

All deliveries made through AutoFetch™ are tracked in real time. GPS location, timestamps, and proof of delivery are logged automatically to provide accountability and security. If an issue arises during a delivery, Fetchers can contact AutoFetch™ Support through the app for assistance.

6. Safety Standards & Expectations

Fetchers must follow all local traffic laws and safety regulations while completing deliveries. Unsafe driving, reckless behavior, or violation of local laws may result in suspension or termination from the platform. Fetchers are expected to maintain their vehicles in safe working condition and ensure they are properly insured at all times.

7. Zero-Tolerance Policy

AutoFetch™ enforces a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, violence, discrimination, or unsafe conduct. Any violation of this policy by dealerships, repair shops, or Fetchers will result in immediate investigation and, if substantiated, removal from the platform.

8. Data Protection for Fetchers

Personal information such as driver’s license details, insurance, and banking information is encrypted and stored securely. AutoFetch™ does not sell or share Fetcher personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to complete verification processes.

9. Updates to Compliance Policy

AutoFetch™ reserves the right to update this Compliance & Data Protection policy as laws evolve and security practices advance. Any significant changes will be communicated through the Help Center and, where required, by direct notice.

By using AutoFetch™, you acknowledge and agree to our ongoing commitment to compliance, transparency, and data protection.
