When a dealership initiates a core return, it appears in your app just like a delivery request. You’ll see the pickup location, drop-off destination, and your pay before accepting.

Step 2: Collect the Part

Arrive at the designated shop and confirm the core part for return. Always double-check the part matches the request details in your app.

Step 3: Confirm Pickup

Use the in-app tools to confirm you’ve collected the core. A quick photo may be required for verification.

Step 4: Deliver Back to Dealership

Navigate to the dealership using the built-in app directions. Upon arrival, drop off the part at the designated counter or staff member.

Step 5: Proof of Delivery

Every core return must be confirmed with a photo and signature before completion. This ensures accountability and protects both you and the dealership.
